"My and my employees stay has been amazing thus far. Savannah has been awesome and accommodating for any needs we may have. Rooms are clean and no issues with noise or odd smells. Breakfast has been awesome the bacon and other meats they offer are not seen in most hotels. If you work on the road or need a quick place to stay I would highly recommend this place! Thank you to the staff and management for making our lives easier while working in the area! Scott B"
"Standard Holiday Inn Express and seemed a bit newer. However, not very happy with the fact that there was no hot water in the foyer coffee station (empty). When we return to the floor where our room was at, their ice machine is turned off (it looks new), therefore, no access to ice as well. Breakfast is also standard but seemed to miss a bit of items as well - was there around 8:30 (breakfast time is 6:30am - 9:30am, I believe). Not a very satisfactory stay at this location but ok enough."
"We stopped here for one night while checking out the Fall foliage in the Smokies. Our stay was very enjoyable. The only thing that could be improved is the dog walk area is not lit and between buildings so it is very dark at night."
"Love that they have designated pet friendly rooms, I travel with a cat. Flat rate for these rooms, no AAA discount or anything but that was fine with me because you usually get charged a fee. Love that they have full size Dove products in the bathroom. Soap & lotion on the sink and soap/shampoo/ & conditioner in the big shower. Room is large and has lots of counter space, dorm fridge, coffee, dresser and 2 chairs with small table. Also tons of restaurants in waffling distance and gas stations across the highway. Very nice. We love staying at Holiday Inn Express"
