"We stay here a couple times a year while traveling, because it’s easy and convents. The staff is a plus as well. Every time we stay here it seems like they update the rooms so the ones we’ve stayed in are modern especially for the price"

"I booked this place towards the end of a cold spell, when I got there it was 28 degrees. The door to the lobby was locked and I had to stand in a little cubby that was not heated to check in. Then I got to my room and the heat wasn’t on, that means EVERYTHING IN THE ROOM WAS COLD! No regard for the comfort of the guests. There’s no pass through vent to the bathroom so absolutely no heat can circulate in there. The positive points are the mattress and pillows were comfortable."

"Usually stay there once a year. It has seen better days but the people there are helpful, happy, and respectful of guests needs. The rooms are clean, without strong odor. I will stay there again without hesitation."

"We made a reservation through the Choice Hotels app to stay here for 2 nights while in town on business. Check in was very slow, everything was done in handwriting on paper. It has been extremely rainy and chilly in this part of the country for the last week and they are calling for a brutal snow storm to hit at some point in the next 48 hours or so. Walking into our room we were hit by the strong smell of cigarette smoke even though we requested a nonsmoking room. Everything in the room was old and dated and the room itself was just kind of gross. It wasn't clean by any standard and the hand towels that were hanging next to the sink were clearly already used by somebody else. The fridge didn't work and the heater only blew cold air. The TV turned on but wouldn't tune to any channels no matter what we tried. We quickly walked back to the office and requested a different room and were immediately met with hostility. We were told that nobody else had complained about anything that we were unhappy with and that they would just refund our money. We were told that it would take 10 days to get the money back, but when we checked our bank account after leaving, it showed that no transactions were made at all. We went across the street to the Rodeway Inn and for just a few dollars more per night we booked an amazing room and were treated much better by the manager there and we really couldn't be any happier!"
