"Rooms and floor were dirty. Heater worked half the time, and filter was dirty Room needs remodeled. No coffee. Or breakfast."

"Almost everything was up to my expectations, you get what you pay for !! This was my 2nd time staying here. I was very late checking in, really needed a hot shower, while checking in I asked for couple xtra towels and a wash cloth. NOT a problem whatsoever, when I finally got to turning on the TV, I had Nothing! Tried calling front desk, phone didn't work either !! Walked up to the office, desk clerk said she would send maintenance man. I don't know why they even have him ?? Useless !! He couldn't get it working, I go back to front office, desk clerk said to give her half hour, she'd be there !! I checked the time, was 28 minutes and she was there !! It's now past midnight but she came down !! In less than ten minutes I had all the channels I needed !! Kudos to the desk clerk !! She was great, that maintenance man ??? Nough said, ok ??? I enjoyed my stay and got great rate too !! They had the light on for me and got the TV fixed, who really needs a phone in the room ?? Nowadays most of us have our cell phone!! Thanx ladies, all was great by me"

"A nasty old, used and abused room. Barely any sink water pressure. The toilet stopped flushing after 1st use. The bed blanket was stained and I didn't dare sleep under it. No ice machine (it was broken). A positive, the AC was strong and cold."

"Absolutely terrible experience and will never come here again. The room was filthy. There were flies and ants everywhere. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way, and the towels had brown stains on them. There was WiFi, but no one seemed to know the password for it. They also exaggerated the prices when we came to check in even though over the phone they told us it would only be 63 a night. By the time morning came, they knocked on the door 30 minutes early and even OPENED the door while I was changing?! Ridiculous experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, you’re better off spending your money elsewhere."

"Stayed here for the last week. Management and staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Had a very large service dog with me. The manager and assistant manager (just love her) bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable and welcome. The housekeeping staff especially the lovely Sabrina did everything to work with us to keep the room clean even with a very large dog and no complaints. It's very clean and quiet. It's older and not fancy but the service was beyond exceptional. Extending my stay another week. Thank you all so much."
