"Ashland Park is nice place to live with or without children. But,it ridiculous how the tenants are treated. INSPECTIONS are unannounced, it takes to long to get maintenance help. There are small children living on the second and third floors. This should not be; yes there are railings but they are all open. Kids can easily climb, and fall from these floors.. There is a need for security am and pm. Or go back to a gated Community. Lastly, the rents need to be lowered; it is a low-income development!!!! NWGHA needs to rethink their pricing.. A Caring GreatGrand Mom!!!"
