"Hornbuckle Wholesale Florist of Macon was established in 1962 on Pine Street near Trailways Bus Station. In 1967 we built our current building at 443 Monroe Street. Tommy Hornbuckle,Sr is 83 and still works everyday 10-12 hours. He loves this business and our family. His wife, Betty Hornbuckle, still manages our offices. His son, Tom Hornbuckle and his wife Georgia work in the businesses also. His daughter Patty Hornbuckle Dunn and her husband Jim run the hardware, in the family since 1935. Patty also runs a garden center, greenhouses and storage buildings. His grandson Adam Hornbuckle is the manager in Macon. His grandson Jason with his wife Lucy manage Lyons."
