"I placed an order online for my wife for V day. Order was placed on the 13th, and on the 14th, I called to confirm that it was going out. It still hadn't been delivered by 5pm, so I drove by the florist to check with them. The entire shop was apologetic that the arrangement hadnt beed delivered, confirmed that it was indeed out for delivery, but made me an even better arrangement than I had ordered while I waited, and assured me to take this fresh one and enjoy the one that was to be delivered. They were having issues with drivers and were pretty swamped with orders while i was there. By time I got home, the first arrangement was on my doorstep. My wife was elected with all of the flowers, the arrangements were both excellent, and these ladies made my day. Mucho Gracias mi amigas!"
