Another family member ordered flowers from another local florist for the same price point and the difference in quality was absurd. Her's was a beautiful arrangement sent in a lovely ceramic vase. Mine looked like a grocery bouquet thrown into a glass vase. I gave 1 star because at least they were delivered on time."

And mentioned that the last time I bought a corsage at this florist, formerly known as Jacksonland Florist, I was disappointed and dissatisfied and swore I’d never return. And I didn’t. Since then, new ownership and new name came in. I was referred to Willow & Bloom. I was apprehensive but the new owner, Monique listened to my concerns and needs.
