"My wife saw a delivery by JULIE to Smoky Springs facility. On the way out JULIE took the time to stop at the desk and inquire if the recipient could read the card, or should she go back and read it to her. Impressive care! And the flowers were Gorgeous!"
"I ordered a bouquet for my boss right before the New Year. I paid around 80.00 for the flowers. It was supposed to have roses but they substituted them with carnations. The lilies were wilted and to be honest I was embarrassed by the flowers. My boss sent me a picture of the flowers. She was so disappointed for me! She took the flowers back to the florist and showed them how bad they were. They did not offer to make her another bouquet or to refund some of the payment. I will not use this florist again. Beware!"

The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. They helped select the perfect arrangement and had it ready in less that 15 minutes. The cost was very reasonable and every bud has now opened, making it a beautiful arrangement. I have ordered arrangements for delivery prior and am always pleased with the end result. This was my first in-store experience and certainly have found my go to Florist in Gainesville."
