"We will NEVER suggest this florest. I received beautiful bouquets that lasted 2 days but then the flowers ( specifically the roses) NEVER bloomed open. The roses heads just fell over and died without even trying to bloom. I called the Sunshine Florest / Baby Cakes and spoke to Resia to ask why the arrangements just died out and she said she had never got a complaint and that she wouldn't send roses in the future!?! What, I didn't say I dont want roses, in fact I LOVE roses but they just don't care about their customers. I've waited to hear back from someone but received customer No SERVICE! Don't waste your money here. So sad because there are so few good florests here in Oakwood GA but my search will go on."

"I was very shocked with the service from this company. My Employer used this company to send an arrangement to my church for my Mother's Memorial service 4/12/19. We never received the flowers at the church. When my Human Resource Manager called the company she had to call several times before she got a response. They apologized and told her that they were delivered and left at the glass door. My Church does not even have any glass doors. They told her they would send something out the next day to our office for me. We never received any flowers at our office either. This was so disappointing. When someone is already suffering a tragedy or loss it is very sad that a florist would make this error and not even give a replacement or refund. The service has already been missed and that error can't be corrected but they didn't even send a replacement to my office as they stated they would. My HR Manager called again and now they will not respond at all. So she was basically charged for flowers that we never received! Just awful !!!! :( Update 4/22/19 I recieved an arrangement at my office today. It is a very beautiful arrangement. Over a week late but at least they did send a replacement."

"My husband ordered my birthday flowers from Baby Cakes. I received the most beautiful arrangement of stargazer lilies and roses I've ever seen. The flowers are so fragrant that the first thing you smell when you walk in our house is the flowers. I've had the flowers almost a week and they're still just as beautiful as the day I got them."

"I live just down the street from this shop. We ordered my wedding bouquets here. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on flowers. The manager suggested filler flowers for my bridesmaids and we could do the same for me but add 3 roses for an up charge of 30 more dollars. The morning of the wedding my husband picked up the flowers. The color was wrong, the ribbon was wrong, and there were no roses. That weekend I went in and spoke to the manager. She was very rude. She said that's what I ordered. I wish I had made sure it was right before the wedding. She didn't seem to care at all and I paid extra for roses. She said the roses we're not guaranteed. They would try to get me roses. If that was the case why was I charged for something I never got. I can't believe this place has all these good reviews. This lady was just awful. It wasn't about the money. She didn't care to even apologize for my bad experience."
