"I was so excited when I received 2 boxes of dipped fruits. Each box included: 4 chocolate dipped strawberries - delicious 4 chocolate dipped Granny Smith apple slices - delicious, however need peeled 4 banana chunks, dipped in chocolate on 1 side, dipped in white chocolate one the other side - extremely disappointing, as 1 chunk was fresh. The other 7 chunks were terrible, as if they were too old to even taste good in banana pudding. They were mushy and brown. I HATE that my friends spent so much on these."

"I placed an order on February 3rd for the order to be delivered on February 11th. I live over an hour away from my mom and I wanted the item delivered to her ON her birthday. I even paid extra to have it overnighted!! It is now Sunday, February 13th with the item no where to be found! I’m being told it’s sitting at the Chattanooga fedex location!! I want someone to please explain to me how this is good customer service!!! I’ve yet to receive an email, phone call, or text message saying where my package is. Once I tracked it Friday at 4pm I was made aware at that point that it would be delivered MONDAY!!! You tell me how well those chocolate covered strawberries will taste after sitting in a warehouse or fedex truck all weekend!!! VERY beyond disappointed by my first and only experience here and the only people that will answer the phone is fedex, NOT edible arrangements."
