"Bad selection of fruit and vegetables and bad service. Even though it was slow, there were no registers open at all except self check out, which is just annoying when you have a baby with you. When I went through the self check out, an employee came over and watched me scan my items, which I wouldn't mind but she was loudly sighing and rolling her eyes the whole time."

"Food City now does not allow people to put their animals in the carts!! Just that alone deserves 5 ✨⭐. However, prices are outrageous. Even their sale prices are often higher than Walmart regular prices. Their meat quality is better than any grocery store in Chattanooga."

"Every time I go here, everyone is super friendly. It's never really busy when I go either, which makes it a big plus. It may not be a super huge grocery store, but it's a nice change from the huge crowds at other stores, and they still have everything I need!"

"Clean store, well-organized. My general complaint towards this location is the supporting front-end. On the latest visit, in the evening, our self check-out required an override to input card information and it was discovered that only one employee knew how to assist and he was seemingly very busy and handling other jobs while two others stood around up front talking, not able to help us, but also not handling other jobs he was otherwise doing. This wasn't the first encounter with the front-end issues and I generally avoid this location due to this."
