"This Fresh Market location took me from being a loyal costumer who wouldn’t go anywhere else to now googling where I can get the only item that kept me returning. The costumer care here is bizarrely terrible. From having to look at the items expiration date because this location would have things with two days left or even past the date to having issues with things being double charged. But the last straw was today when at 10am there were two registers open with huge lines and a manager just organizing shelves by the registers with no rush or sense of caring for us waiting. Left after waiting 5 minutes without moving. Not ever returning."

"The Fresh Market is basically a version of Whole Foods, with a variety of specialty and organic groceries you won't find in a conventional supermarket. It's pricey, too much so to warrant frequent trips, in my opinion, but my wife and I drop in five or six times a year. The produce is quite good and varied; you'll find a wide selection of healthy snacks; and the bakery always has some interesting stuff. It's rare for anyone on the sales floor to offer help, but the cashiers are unfailingly friendly."

"After a stressful day, I pop into FM for bread and meat. Once again I find myself waiting too long to be waited on at the meat & cheese counter. One busy young man (Corey), helping a customer, noticed my long wait and made a point to tell me he would get a coworker to get me next. More waiting and finally Corey was free to assist me. After cutting turkey slices, with heart, he apologized for my long wait. That one act of kindness was so appreciated. Give that young man a pat on the back! When checking out, the lady scanning my purchases made a point to tell me she put my meat next to colder items to keep it cool. Kindness. It goes such a long way. Thank you Fresh Market for a “Fresh” approach to customer service. Also, THANK YOU for playing classical music in your store! What a classy atmosphere!"
