"Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked up to the counter and the clerk was folding newspapers while completely ignoring me. I waited for a few moments patiently and she told me the total of my two energy drinks (2 for $3). I swiped my card and she says "Oops! Go grab another 2 from the cooler I double charged you") I told her that I only wanted two and that she should reverse the transaction or give me cash. She refused to do either and was very incompetent. This is not the first time I've been mischarged at this gas station. Wouldn't be surprised if they were doing it purposely because the new Racetrac is putting them out of business."
