"This store location only carries a small inventory. Be careful when you shop online and realize this location doesn’t have it. Missed out on every promotion they had because they don’t carry what I ordered. Wanted to be a local customer, can’t do it."

"We love getting supplies here for our dogs, cat, bird & fish. The self-bathing station has been a life saver for us. The staff are always so friendly too!"

"Just purchased two female guppies for our male guppy. Within a day one of them had white spots and having trouble swimming indicative of ich. She was dead within 24 hours. Despite treating the tank as soon as possible the other female died a day later despite her acting completely normal. I believe it was a bad batch of guppies. I’m only hoping that they haven’t gotten the male sick as it is my son’s fish that he has had for almost a year. Extremely frustrated."

"We went in on Oct. 31st around 5pm. There were about 4 or 5 girls working (it was a little hard to tell who worked there) and not a single one said hello or offered to help. There was only one other patron, and I never saw any of the staff speak to them, either. We were looking at the rabbits and waiting for help, but the staff just talked to each other and ignored us. I’ve never seen a store with that many unfriendly employees. Won’t go back and don’t recommend. You are better off going to Petsmart or Petco, or driving to Woodstock. (The bunnies they had seemed friendly, though. They kept coming up to the glass, but not totally sure since no one would help us.)"

"This place would get 1-star, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt that not everyone there is bad — plus I like the snails I got. I went one week ago with my partner, and we waited forever not only to be helped (in the fish dpt), but to even get a simple "Hey guys, we'll be with you in a minute." Two employees were standing not even 3 feet away. They were both talking to a couple, half the time not even about fish. When the guy finally got around to us (15-20 min later), it sounded like we were the biggest inconvenience. We literally just wanted some plants for our betta fish. This weekend, we decided to give it another shot because we wanted more things for our tank that PetSmart didn't have. We hoped the bad customer service was a fluke. It wasn't. The same guy, Justin, again didn't even acknowledge us standing there for 10+ min, despite making eye contact and us waiting patiently. Anyway, I don't usually leave reviews, but man the customer service here is atrocious. I'd rather drive to Woodstock's pet stores at this point than give them my business."
