"I bought my vehicle from these folks in late December 2022. Included with the purchase was the first oil change to be free. I finally hit 5,000 miles a few days ago but had already scheduled the appointment ahead of time. They got me in almost immediately and had me done within an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. What wasn’t so pleasant was that they were charging me for what was supposed to be my freebie because they said I didn’t use it in time before it expired. Wait, what?! I was never told about any sort of expiration, and I told the cashier that at any point. She made a call or two, and I hated to bring up the fact that I paid cash for this new vehicle. She asked me who my salesperson was (thankfully I kept his name and number in my phone), and the folks ultimately made it right. There had been no communication from them to notify me that the offer had an expiration date attached to it, and it was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Had the cashier not made this right, this would be a 1-star review. I love my vehicle, but every time I’ve dealt with these folks since then, it’s been borderline infuriating. So unless I have a repair that requires the dealership, I likely won’t be returning here."
