"Sales guy was ok didn’t really know what products were on the lot. Sales manager was extremely rude. Came in with trade in offer from another competitor and he refused to come up to that trade value. Was told basically I was unrealistic with my numbers when I’ve priced other vehicles in the area with lower prices and payments were $200 higher here. This dealership has some major price gouging issues. Will never contact this dealership again."

"I'm not sure if they even deserve a 1 star. My husband purchased a truck from Kia from T. Knight last Saturday. The Ford F-150 he was looking at on the lot turned out to be a diesel truck and my husband did not want a diesel, so the salesman T. Knight found one at a dealership in Macon and sold it to my husband. There were some minor things that needed to be done on the truck which was brought to T. Knight and John the sales manager attention. John stated to both my husband and I that they were going to take care of those things. The truck stayed at the dealership for almost a week waiting on them to handle the minor things. John stated that the people who did the touch up work only came on Tuesdays or Thursday not sure which day he said (but as a reference how would I know that they only come on certain days if he did not agree to do the touch up work.) Spoke to John on the phone concerning the things he stated he would fix, and John denied saying he would fix them stating he had spent too much money already in the truck. John was very RUDE while talking to me over the phone and I wish my husband NEVER purchased the truck from them! This was definitely a learning experience for him and me, this was his first and last purchase from any Kia dealership especially here in Albany, GA where the sales team lack customer service skills. They are more worried about a sale versus customer satisfaction and a returning customer or even a referral to the dealership. Hutchinson Kia can certainly gain some customer service training from the sales team at Hutchinson Toyota, especially JOHN the sales manager!!"
