"We are visiting from the Tampa Bay, Florida area. I have never received the amazing customer service at any Cracker Barrel like I received at this location. Diamond was our server. She was absolutely wonderful. We came in for a late breakfast on an early Sunday afternoon, New Year’s Eve, and it was crazy busy!! Diamond was attentive without being intrusive. She made sure our coffee cups stayed full and that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and everything came out exactly as ordered! I stopped Shana, who was running the dining room like a well oiled machine, to complement the amazing customer service that we received throughout the store/dining room, including the cashier at check out. I highly recommend dining at this location. We will definitely be back when we are in the area. The Florida locations could definitely take lessons on customer service from this Georgia location! Every employee that we came in contact with was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel like valued customers. KUDOS, Albany Cracker Barrel! Thank you for an awesome dining experience."
"Our waitress, Tamyra, was very helpful, attentive, and very sweet. I got the country fried steak with hash brown. The food was alright. Got in and out quickly on Thanksgiving day."
"Food had good presentation on the plate. But the loaded mashed potatoes and dressing was so unseasoned. And it wasn’t a very good dish. Only thing that tasted good where the biscuits and fried chicken. Upon arriving we did have great customer service but it seem like they forgot we where sitting out there and we had an incredible long wait time for our food to arrive. I’m a tea lover and I can say the tea wasn’t that good either!"
