"Family Dollar just lost a customer, if a store has a sign up that says, " Buy 1 get 1 free " then that's exactly what should happen and the displayed sale must be honored by said store. I will not be told that the only way this will be honored is if I buy 2 in order to get my free one. That is dishonest."
"We recently moved to this area of Albany. Was very excited to see a "dollar" store this close. I've been in this store 4 times in the past 2 days. EVERYONE was nice, said hello as as we came in, told us to have a nice day and come back soon, the store is very clean. Very pleased!!"
"Very good , was training a new cashier . Only had 1 cash open , but , it was fine . A little busy . They had everything my friend needed and more , I think she spent 100.00 . She found everything she wanted :)"
"Bought Clorox. 6 ea..they were on sale and we had coupon. Cashier rang up 1 ea, and we checked out thinking we had paid for the other 5. I had the paper coupon and also on my phone. When we discovered we had not paid for the other 5, the cashier could not ring up either coupon. I had to have Clorox regardless of price but that was not my error. We told the cashier we wanted to buy 4 EA with coupon and 2 at regular price. His error cost me!!!!"
