"We stopped on our way up to our cabin because we were craving boiled peanuts. Ended up buying two different honeys, the wildflower and their creamed lemon honey. Both are delicious! We also bought pickled okra, tea, some fresh produce and of course the boiled peanuts. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The lady working the register was so sweet and helpful and let us sample whatever we wanted, including pickled carrots which were surprisingly really good! We’re tempted to make the hour drive from home just to go back and buy more stuff!"

"My first visit to Roosters Market today. What a wonderful place, and their products were amazing. I wanted one of everything. I went for the Elderberry Boost that everyone is ranting about, and came home with a few additional items. Staff (Greg) provided excellent customer service, very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. Looking forward to many more visits so I can try different products."

"I've been there a few times, but, like many others hve mentioned, the owners are incredibly rude to their customers, employees, and openly insult the local community as a whole. To boot, one of the owners issued a non-apology to say 'not ALL Southerners are drug addicted bums, just some of them.' For a place that sells local goods but hates on those very same people, I'd recommend buying from the individuals directly to support them. Not this place."

"After driving by so many times on my way to Ellijay, I finally stopped in here today and I wish I would’ve stopped sooner. The owner is amazing, very friendly. She has a lot of info and will let you sample anything before buying it. They have a good variety and many different options and flavors of their local honey/jams/hot sauces/peaches/nuts/fudge (and more). Quick easy stop off HWY 5, well worth the stop."
