"Horrible, terrible service. Very nice on the phone. Super sweet. However, I have been working on getting an RX transferred all day. Was told that they would call my pharmacy “right away”. 4 hours later and several phone calls later my pharmacy had to call them to initiate the transfer. Finally got the Rx transferred, thank you to my pharmacy and now they want to overcharge me for the RX. Oh and did I mention all of this also took 2 trips to the pharmacy before I found out I was getting charge WAY more for the same RX at my pharmacy. Like $140 more. I’ll be going back to my regular pharmacy. This was a waste of time today. Disappointing."

"I wish I had read the reviews before I had my doctor call in my prescription here. The bad reviews are accurate, my prescription has been out of stock and on backorder for two months, when all the surrounding Krogers have informed me that this isn't true, and that the backorder from the manufacturer has been resolved for weeks. The staff is not helpful, so here I am on Christmas without needed pain medication while recovering from major surgery. I will be calling corporate about this issue to file a complaint against the manger here for negligence. When you read the other reviews, you can see this is a pattern with this location. What a nightmare. GO TO INGLES!!!"

"Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. I’m from a small town of 1100 people and my home town pharmacy(no name pharmacy) could fill my prescriptions no problem. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve been to this Kroger Pharmacy and have gotten nothing but increased blood pressure and no medication. One lady(Kathy) said that my prescription wouldn’t be available for an hour( my doctor had faxed the refill over at noon) this was at 4 o clock yesterday 7/5 . Understandable so I said okay l, whatever so I returned today 7/6. The gentleman(Mathew) proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t on the truck. What do you mean?!? I’m a serious asthmatic. This medicine is what I use to breathe. I saw 3 containers of advair yesterday so it just all magically disappeared off the shelf? I understand everyone needs their medicine, but in the same breathe……. Oh wait I won’t be able to BREATHE! The negligence along with the dishonesty within this pharmacy is a shame. I feel as if management or acting pharmacist with their pharmaceutical license needs to be evaluated and/or have privileges revoked."

"I only go there due to the med prices. I don't have insurance at the moment and their prices with goodrx saves me a bundle. But,this has to be the worst pharmacy ever,I have to stand in line for a really long time and with a bad back and leg pain,it's awful. They never inform you ahead of time that they are out of your meds, after that long wait in line only then are you told. Very unapologetic as well. No straight answer as to why the drive thru is closed and why the long lines? It's awful to say the least."
