"Unfortunately for us we had a breakdown in the Jasper Ga area. Shottenkirk Ford was the best option to quickly repair our company diesel truck, So we thought! 2 weeks to make a 3 hour repair and charged $1200 to replace a $200 part located under the shroud area. Very over charged and not only that, but they broke the shroud under the windshield. Never said a word about it and what the hell did they do with my oil fill cap? Replaced it with a blue shop towel? Nice!! We do NOT recommend #shottenkirkford or Scott DiSalvo and Brian the Service Manager at all. Never again. -0 Review"
