"This location, the Walgreens at Ponce and Piedmont, doesn't want to go that extra little step for their customers. Everything has an excuse behind each "No". Most of the time it's just laziness! This location will go as far as to call you a liar, using different words but the meaning is the same. Walgreens managers...please train your people on the importance of the customer. Actually train your manager and assistant managers as well. My encounter was with the store manager at night. Wow..."
