"Thanks Cooper Global for NOT showing up this morning for our 5:30am pickup to Hartsfield. We received a confirmation the day before and an automated email that the driver had been dispatched. The driver, Brett, didn’t answer his phone and had a message that his voicemail hadn’t been set up. No one from dispatch answered and their voicemail box is full. We have been a customer for over 20+ years. We travel ever 2 weeks or so and supported this company even during COVID when no one was traveling. Their business model has obviously changed and they have very few, only a handful, of their own seasoned drivers. We are done with them after today (not the first time this has happened) and will be canceling all subsequent trips that are already scheduled."

The drivers arrived on time and everything the day of was well-communicated. Our drivers also listened to us day-of when had guests that needed to go to a different location. "We used to use Cooper Global for years and recommended them to everyone. They were extremely professional, always arrived early and we felt very confident. In the last year or so, it’s been terrible. One driver decided not to come so he had to call someone else and they arrived after our pick up time. That’s terrifying when you’re trying to make a flight. You cannot get a hold of a dispatcher at all in case of an emergency to find out where your car is. I really hate this because I thought they were the best."
