"I drive for C R England for the daylight fleet and I show up here with an empty trailer and I go into the office to tell the guy that was in the office on 09/20/2021 at 12:32 am that I was dropping off the empty trailer and was rude about telling me where to put and didn’t give me anything useful as to where I was to put I even asked if there was another load for me and my teammate and he was rude about telling that it wouldn’t be ready till 10 am the following day. I had to ask a yard dog where they put their empty trailers and"
"I usually love using SEFL, but it took a week to deliver a package that was 2 boxes weighing 13lbs. We were told congestion at the dock for 3 days and then on day 4 we were told they were missing paperwork that had been sent, but we resent it immediately. My broker offered to send a truck in to recover the shipment and make our cutoff for the airline to export this, but then they put it on the truck and said we could not pick it up. The worst part was that the customer service lady at the ATL terminal was so short with us and not nice at all. I ended up having to call the 800 number customer service and have them call over to the ATL terminal because the ATL terminal girl was so rude. That was when we were told all the sudden that they didn't have all the paperwork. So, for the 3 days prior the girl at the ATL terminal just never mentioned this. The shipment was for an aircraft that is on the ground out of the country. SEFL cost us a lot of money in hangar fees and cargo by not letting us send a truck in to get this shipment and get it properly delivered to the airline. I had another shipment booked with them, but decided to change carriers since it would also need to travel through the Atlanta terminal for delivery."
