"I had used Atlanta Car Service before and had a great experience, so for my recent trip I’ve decided to book them again. All was fine except for one thing, and it may be trivial to many but to me it was off putting business practice. I booked over the phone and paid on the spot, all normal. Then the service rep asked me if I know I want him to put 20% or 25% tip for the driver on my card. Tipping culture has gotten pretty bad in the US but asking for tip before even providing the service? That’s pretty crass. Tyrone was wonderful. I tipped him 20% in cash once the ride was completed. But the booking process left a really bad taste in my mouth. Tips are not mandatory to my understanding, it is at the discretion of the guest based on the service received. Asking for how much I want to tip before even providing me with the service I paid for? Not booking with this company again."
"My daughter and I were transported by Sam from Atlanta Car Service. He picked us up from a hectic airport by meeting us inside and taking us to his vehicle. We began to relax as soon as we entered his vehicle. It was clean, with much needed beverages and tranquil music. He drove well, and provided a great atmosphere!"

"2 stars because I ordered the meet and greet service, but the driver did not do the meet and greet...which was the only reason why I hired them. Otherwise, an Uber would've been more than enough. Because there was not the meet and greet I paid for, the driver and the passenger took 45 mins to actually meet in one spot. I also called their main number and the lady did not call me back."
