"The front desk staff handed out a key to my room. A strange man walked in my room while I was in bed. The manager stated this was a simple error. I’m still shaking from the experience last night in that place. Who in their right mind thinks giving a key to someone else to enter a booked room is a simple mistake!!"

"Bonnie Ward in housekeeping management went above and beyond in helping us locate a very important item that my son lost at the hotel. Bonnie was very patient and understanding of our problem and she was professional and efficient in helping us find a solution. During a time in which so many employees are ultra busy and overworked, Bonnie took the time to make us feel like valued guests with whom she was happy to help in any way she could. "The hotel room I was assigned was clean as expected but the shower curtain rod was badly bent and wasn’t repaired the next day as promised. The hotel was booked but the night clerk Raoul (sp) was very helpful and upgraded me to another room which was in excellent repair. The rest of the stay went wonderfully. The service and location was excellent, close to all amenities and restaurants."

"Location is great, the person who I talked to on the phone last night was an absolute delight. My only gripe is the room. Looked clean, but when you got under the covers the bedsheets felt tacky? I’m not sure how to describe it but I also woke up MANY times last night itching so bad. I itched all over. This morning I looked up the YELP reviews and it’s rated 2 stars and 9 months ago they had bedbugs. We paid $200+ for a room for a night to get no sleep and feel itchy. Needless to say I am a little upset."
