"This was my first time staying at this hotel! Wao! The price was so affordable! And I have one the best rooms I ever had! A complete kitchen and appliances…you can’t beat that! The receptionist (male) was so attentive, helpful and he provided an excellent customer service! The breakfast was okay. They have a nice small gym, equipment and a peloton bike, but you need to have an account or sign in. The shower needed more cleaning. My room was clean, but they didn’t provided a clean services during my stay. I was on the first floor and one night my room started to smell like cigarette…I think someone was smoking there. There is a lot police security/cameras outside; which it make feel safe. There is a LOT of hotels around and places to eat. There is street mall like 2 or 3 miles. Also, I saw people with dogs…so I think this is a friendly pet hotel."

"Great location but the hotel smelled of dog. The carpets needed to be cleaned/sanitized. The entry way in my room where there is no carpet had dog paws prints all over it. It was evident the floor had not been cleaned after the prior guests which made me concerned about the cleanliness of the other areas of the room. The front desk attendant was very apologetic. She offered me another room along with Hilton points for my inconvenience. I declined the stay and left the hotel."

"Kat, the front desk manager is fantastic! She helped us with an early arrival and resolved a payment issue with my booking agent. She is super friendly and highly knowledgeable of the hotel booking process. She is all about customer service down to handing out towels when we arrived late from the races. Thanks Kat for everything!"
