"If your apartment complex uses Fetch- don’t sign a lease there. If you have to use Fetch, then make sure to deliver ASAP or just pick it up. They will offer you the ability to “reschedule delivery” and then completely lose your package. While their customer service was quick to reimburse me- I’m sure my friends would rather their gifts deliver rather than get their money back. Your packages are probably safer sitting outside of your apartment than with these people!"

"I’ve been using Fetch for the last two years (because my apartment complex requires us to) and I haven’t had an issue until recently. I was home during my scheduled delivery where the delivery person placed the box in front of the door, took a photo and sent me the notification my package was delivered. When I went to the door within the two minutes of receiving the text, the package was no longer there and the delivery person was back on the elevator. After seeing the 2.8 Google rating Fetch had, I had a bad feeling I was about to lose out on a $120 item. I am giving 5 stars because Fetch was very diligent at looking into my issue and keeping me updated. They were so quick to respond, despite having to correspond via email. All of their customer support went above and beyond AND after their investigation was complete, I was reimbursed for my stolen/missing item. Not sure what will happen to the delivery person, but I was compensated and hopefully do not have to go through that again. Thanks Fetch!"

"If you are considering renting an apartment complex that uses Fetch- think strongly against it. I had a package delivered by amazon to the facility that Fetch claims was “never delivered” despite the facility intaking the item and marking it as delivered. I was told by Fetch customer service to reach out to Amazon. Once i reached out, Amazon told me they cannot reimburse me since Fetch marked the item as received. Now I am out money because my package was either lost or stolen at the facility. They have provided me $0 in compensation. You are better off delivering your package to a home and risking it getting stolen than paying to use this delivery service."

"such a mess. I had a package delivered 24 hours ago that still isn't logged in the fetch system. I went to the warehouse last week to pick up an important envelope I had overnighted and they couldn't find it, I sat in the waiting area nearly an hour until they reemerged from the back with it. delivery is becoming later and later, you're lucky if you get your package delivered within 12 hours of it getting to the warehouse. terrible service, it's the worst part of living at my apartment."

"Extremely disappointed with this courier service. Despite providing photographic evidence of my packages at their door, they deny receiving them. Forced to use their service which seems to prioritize their convenience over timely deliveries. To make matters worse, they delayed an 8-pound package, claiming it's 'overweight', with an additional 4 days for delivery. It's unacceptable for a courier company to claim that 8 pounds is too much for them to handle promptly when other services like UPS managed it just fine."
