"We just bought a house that apparently someone put the propane tank in the garage (or built the garage around the propane tank)... which we didn't know at the time is a big no-no. I called over and spoke with Rebecca. She was so helpful answering my questions and scheduling a service order for the guys to come out and relocate our tank. For now we just moved it to another part of the yard and Ed and his assistant (I didn't get his name) were super friendly, so helpful and they were a real pleasure. Once we get renovations done, we are going to definitely use them for our propane needs. (The debris in photo is from a tree that fell on garage... Not the removal)"

"We've been calling and calling for over two months about getting someone to come and check our lines to make sure it's safe to turn our gas heater on after a tree fell on our house in June. I've been promised a call back since 2 weeks ago, never received one, no one has showed up, and we can't use our gas heater in these freezing temperatures without fear. PLEASE SEND SOMEONE TO OUR HOUSE. I have called and spoken to someone three times since Thanksgiving and my MIL has called twice since September! EDIT: I can't reply to the comment under my review, but I have left my personal phone number as well as my MIL phone number, neither of which have received so much as a missed call from Gala Gas. I will call AGAIN to try to schedule a day for someone to come before it freezes again."
