"Went in with alternator to replace. Was told it would be in by 12:00 pm same day. Went back to pickup was told it would be 3:30. Came back at 3:30. Wasn't there was told next day at 3:30. Picked up next day, got back home it was wrong one.. When got there next day to return Manager in training Mike was very rude, smart mouthed and unhelpful. Other manager Karen was very nice. "My husband worked here for a couple years and I always had a great experience here back then. Now, it seems that the store has gone hill a bit.... It's definitely not the neatest parts store in the area and is often pretty messy. Also, the newer staff members definitely aren't as thorough or helpful as the ones that have been there for years."
