"Very friendly staff in the East Ellijay office. They go above and beyond to help me."
"Friendly staff, in and out service."
"Not the best; when I tracked a missing package for a retail business I own, it said "Delivered, left in mailbox" My employee subsequently followed up with the mailman who said "we need to get a box out by the curb" OK but why were we 1. In business for 4 months, & have many items delivered to store-door? 2. Why did the mailman let us know 4 months AFTER opening that this was an issue? 3. Why did tracking show "left in box" when it clearly wasn't?"
"It's not even 4:30 and this place is closed, BS"
"Our mail carrier skips our route. USPS is apparently aware of the situation and is suppose to take administrative action against the young woman, yet it hasn't changed. A 'friend' of hers who is ironically a friend of mine lives a few roads down and claims the mail carrier admitingly has confessed to having to pick up her kids from school at 2:45 so if her route is not finished, she puts it with next days mail. I'm fully aware of the USPS contract with Amazon prime and this is a breach of it. I've been in touch with their (Amazon) corporate headquarters since I'm getting no where with the local post office. While Amazon prime has offered me a free 6 month subscription, action needs to be taken against the carrier herself. Most of my '2 day shipping' packages with Amazon prime get here in no less than 4 days and it's not what I pay for. Additionally, explain to me why the mail typically runs between 10am-11:30am yet three days a week at least it's almost 2:30 before it gets delivered. If the route was followed in the order it was originally set up, there is absolutely no excuse to be delayed by 2 1/2 hours. Road work, traffic, sure. But I can circle the entire town of gilmer county twice in 2 1/2 hours WITH traffic. I could give twenty dollars about my mail time if I didn't pay to have things shipped in a timely manner. This is not only effecting me but Amazon itself, a major corporation. I will not stop with them until they start doing their job [USPS] I climb a bit higher up the corporate ladder everyday and will continue to do so until this woman is dealt with. My route is out Yukon on John call road."
