"Last Friday night i went to pick up our order and discovered our pizza was typed in wrong (our fault). When i saw it was missing my favorite topping i told the worker. Even though it was our fault, he offered to replace the pizza which was already incredibly nice, and he gave us the accident pizza as well. He didnt act like it was an inconvience, and was just chill and kind. We come to Dominos quite often and it is almost always a good experience, but that was above and beyond and made my night after a long day. Thank you to the cooks for fixing MY mistake. We appreciate you. ♡"
"Absolutely disgusted!!! Waited over an hour for delivery and still nothing. Called the store twice and got “he’s on his way, he had ONE order to deliver “. It was one order in our area! Disappointed is an understatement"
"Pretty disappointed. Ordered a pizza, 2 sandwiches and 2 stuffed breads. The pizza was a bit burnt but the real disappointment was the sandwiches...especially the chicken bacon ranch one which had barely any cheese, very little bacon and only 6 small pieces of chicken on it. For a $7 sandwich, I expected at least a little better. The breads were ok but dry... and as I said before, the pizza was a bit burnt. Hopefully this was a 1 time disappointment."
"We had bad experiences in the past. We had one tonight as well but Domino’s is under new management, Malachi, and he totally redeemed them. First time ever that someone there has cared! Will definitely give another chance!"
