"Ordered 2 mushroom and Swiss burgers @ 14.00 and some change! Definitely not worth the money. Good 4 or 5 dollar burger. Burger kings are just as good and less expensive."

"Food was luke warm at best, they were short staffed and the staff was under trained. I felt sorry for the employees, they were really trying but had no leadership and were truly lost. Have used this Hardee's over the years and never saw it this bad. Ownership and management need to step their game up. This isnt on the staff. Even had a sign on the door stating they're closing early due to staff shortages."

"It is fast food, so the atmosphere was consistent with a clean Hardee's. The biscuits were some of the best I have eaten in a while, Flaky on outside and the right consistency on the inside. The service was some of the best since covid."

"Just left there. Had 1 burger meal & 1 hot ham & cheese meal. The lady at the counter never said can I help you? No greeting whatsoever. The rest of the crew once we sat down we could hear all of their conversations.....which we should try. The younger girl with glasses was cursing in her conversations. Ham was barely warm. French fries were almost completely cold. We were the only customers there. When she gave us our food she said "heres your food". Terrible customer service."

"It’s Been gradually getting worse. I used to enjoy the breakfast but lately not so much anymore. My mother in law ordered a hamburger from there yesterday and it wasn’t fully cooked and she said something about it and the manager told her it wasn’t raw it just had sauce in the hamburger! Ummm really since when? Either way! Really need to step up on the quality of the product.we ordered breakfast this morning and it was terrible again so I am posting in hopes that it will be noticed by the company and improved. I had sausage egg and cheese, the biscuit was hard and I could barely chew it, and it was burnt I feel like it was left under a heat lamp too long because it was not warm at all and the biscuit was hard! My husband had a ham biscuit and it had a couple of pieces of ham that was thin as paper and he said he couldn’t eat the top of the biscuit because it was hard as a rock. Again I think it was old and just left under the lamp, not a good experience and from what I hear from family it’s bad for them too! What happened to the quality of the product being top priority? I wouldn’t serve some thing I wouldn’t eat myself! I wish the company would address the issues and make it a better place to eat daily again! Thank you"
