"Great and friendly staff, good sandwiches. The only issue is that the seating area is a touch dated, but that's not really too much of an issue. The staff that I've encountered have been really friendly and overall it's always a great experience."
"Did an online order for pickup. Arrived at scheduled time. Not greeted by either employee however, I did see one throw up their hands in frustration because another customer (me) just walked in and disturbed them. I stood there for approximately 8 to 10 minutes waiting at the online pickup area. Once my food was done, the employee rushed to put it on the shelf and quickly rushed to the back with the other employee. No thank you, is there anything else you need? Etc... On top of that, the almost 12 dollar foot long tuna sub was mostly bread. I'll bet there wasn't 6oz of tuna on that entire sub. What a rip-off. I guess it's my fault for not going in and ordering it and watching them make it. I'll post a photo of Google allows."
"If I could leave a negative star I would. I have been calling since Monday trying to get a hold of a manager or someone who could refund me my money. Went in Monday an ordered a salad. The worker, Emma, asked me what I wanted on my salad, in between her conversation with I'm assuming the manager, about how much money they both had in their bank accounts. While I am telling Emma what I want on my salad she continues her conversation barely paying me any attention. When I get back to work to eat said salad, there's no lettuce. I called to tell Subway this and Emma, lucky me, answers the phone and tells me I didn't ask for lettuce. How stupid I must be for not requesting lettuce on my salad. I have called everyday and left messages and sent several emails to the corporate email. I haven been met with rude, condescending children who are not helpful and down right rude. I will never return to this Subway (its been downhill for years now but for me, this experience sealed the deal). I will however keep calling, emailing, and reviewing until someone reaches out to me with a refund."
"We had Subway for lunch 11/15/23.Food was good. However the 2 girls working need to learn not to bad mouth other customers in front of customers. Complain about their job in front of customer. Also don't stop what you are doing when you are already overwhelmed to look to see how many hours your co worker has worked."
"The young lady who made our sandwiches did an awesome job. She washed her hands and while doing so greeted us friendly and quickly. If it had just been her this store would have gotten all 5 stars from me easier then anyone ever.. What happened next disgusted me. A coworker came out from the back touching her hair and checked the temperature of the meatballs with no gloves and not washing her hands first. She went back to the back and came out chewing something (so she's eating while working and I'm guessing not washing her hands...) and puts a tray of bacon in the line (which had no dead pan in it to keep the line from getting to high in temperature)..again no gloves... then she came out and opened a oven door again no gloves. Then comes carrying out trays to put in the oven again with no gloves.. still chewing... puts them in the oven turns around not washing her hands and puts on gloves to take a gentleman's order behind us. As a general manager of several restaurants over the years I would have fired her on the spot. Simply because touching something containing raw foods and dough then not washing your hands and using gloves to make a ready to eat food item is cross contamination. That can cause food born illness and make anyone who comes into contact with what she's touched sick. I was only there for a few minutes and witnessed several things that go against health regulations for handling ready to eat food all by this one girl. I most likely won't be back to this location. Edited the same night as purchase and original review Sadly and against my better judgment I decided to try to eat my meatball sandwich. It tasted fine so we continued eating. Now it's a little after 11pm and I'm sick and probably going to be sleeping next to this God forsaken toilet until whatever this is is over. Thanks for taking your customers well being into such "high consideration"... I'll definitely not be going back. Subway is all we have eaten today. There are zero other reasons for this. It is ridiculous. This establishment needs some serious help."
