"If it was possible to give no stars this would be the place. I have no issues with any other shipping company except this fed ex. Package was supposed to arrive Monday it is now Wednesday and yet again it has been delayed again. Out of frustration i called the 1-800 help number where they explained I could come pick up the package today.I went down to the pick up location at 135 Coleman Blvd where I received horrible customer service from a miss Lewis where she explained “I don’t handle packages”. I spoke with the manager to attempt to locate my package at which point I was told it was loaded on a trailer. So here I am waiting at this fed ex for a hour just to be told, it has been loaded and I will now receive the package possibly tomorrow. I waited the next day for the package to arrive and it never came. Decided to take matters into my own hands and I called fed ex Friday morning at 7am to hold the package and picked it up myself. Moral of the story don’t use this fed ex."

"If I could give these jokers ZERO or negative stars, I'd be first in line. FedEx has become a total joke. I ordered a game for my son's birthday almost 2 weeks before. It was shipped, delayed, moved, delayed, delayed, put on a truck for delivery then an "operational exception" and delayed, then delayed again and now missed my son's birthday and still no package. It is located at this terminal, but no phone number to contact them and pick it up. Not even one thru the FedEx "customer service" (use that term loosely). At this point, not even confident it will even show up. This is the 3rd time it has happened to us with this clowns and we haven't even lived here 6 months. If it ships FedEx, cancel your order!!"

"For 14 years, we have had to deal with these lowlife FedEx subcontractors. Yes, they are overworked and underpaid. They have driven on to my property and have had to get towed out. The refuse to stay on the driveway. They will go around barriers to get 50 feet closer to the house. They have dug up the lawn too many times to count. And that is if they make the delivery. Most times they report that they can not find the property just to give them another day or two. They have dropped packages on the 55mph street. Quite simply, they lie like no other. Right now, I am waiting for an expedited package that was due Wednesday, it is now Saturday evening. I was assured by three separate calls that the delivery would be today. Crickets. I would love to find these jerks and give them all a vocal changing wedgie."

"If I could give lower than a one, I would. Ever time I have a package go through this facility , it gets delayed for days. This last deliver said it was on a truck to deliver on Monday, then that night I got a text it was delayed. This happen ever day until it finally got delivered Friday afternoon, 4 and a half days late. When it finally arrived, it was in poor condition as the picture shows. Could this be because I called and complained 3 times? The corporate leadership should go in and clean house as customer service sucks."
