They left me a message to schedule my delivery but did not say the name of the company and the number they called me from went to a full voicemail, so I had no way of getting in touch to schedule my delivery, or even know where my delivery was coming from. When I finally was able to get it scheduled, the delivery was 2 hours later than my 4 hour delivery window, but the driver apologized and said the traffic was horrible due to weather and holiday week, which I completely believe. The only positive was the kind delivery men and how quickly they were able to get the couch into my house."
