"Good company overall, though this location isn't it. A lot of disorganization, jealousy, incompetence, backstabbing, and snakery makes it a tough place to work. Management does more to alienate the workers than they do galvanizing and uplifting the workers to give their all to the cause. The morale here is horrible and there's an underlying tone that management doesn't care. Apply for other locations and avoid this one at all cost."

"I work at this facility currently. They seem to be a good company to work for. Their insurance is great. And yes I mean that. They have some unheard of good insurance purely based on their union actually work for the ppl and not the company. I was going to stay with the company and get my CDL and drive for them but there's a long wait list of ppl with more senority so it's not happening no time soon. I guess if you know ppl you can get thru faster but I don't so ..... My co workers seem to be cool so far. I gave 4 stars because i(can't verify this) heard they were hiring ppl of the street to work the lot from multiple ppl here and they hire on too many ppl so sometimes you get sent home. I understand why. There's a high turn over rate for truck loaders and unloaders so they over hire. Besides that they are cool."

"This is the place where my sister exercises her professional skills. I have the routine of dropping her off and picking her up from work. Sometimes in the morning, we have to wait because employees are required to show their badges to open the gate, which can be a bit slow. However, when I pick her up, there’s no line to wait in. The facility is quite expansive. My sister has nothing but positive things to say about her workplace. She mentions that at present, UPS respects and value their employees. Whenever an issue arises, she says her union is prompt in providing assistance. She even suggests that anyone seeking employment should consider exploring opportunities there."

"Hands down the worst customer service ever!!! A lady named Silvia had the worst attitude I’ve ever scene in my life. Went to pick up a package and was told immediately my package wasn’t available for pick up for 24-48 hrs because hey….the place is big. Whatever that means. No policy states that so the lady that was assisting me named Jennifer said she’d go find it then tells me to go to my car while she gets my package. I didn’t move because one this is the CUSTOMER CENTER im in and 2nd it’s 98 degrees outside and 3rd ITS MY PACKAGE!! So i stood there patiently and as i stood there the lady Silvia demanded and yelled that i go outside and wait for my package but i refused to moved. She ended up getting into another altercation with a former employees mother who was there to pick up her sons last check. After Silvia demanded security come when security arrived the lady she was yelling at left so she told him i wouldn’t leave out and that they told me to leave while they looked for my package. The security officer told me i was totally fine and that i actually needed a chair to sit in. Silvia had the worst attitude and should not be working there at all!! She was proved wrong and i will be reporting her to further management"

"This place was extremely humongous. The design on the Inside is incredible. Easy job if you are OCD and not hard work but definitely get a good work out in if you are some kind of shape"
