"Well Fed Ex Ground lost my pkg and kept saying they could deliver it. Loong story short .. they found it but it was too late for the event I needed it for. The customer service rep at the facility was Soo nice and helpful I couldn't stay mad!"

"They have 2 packages of mine. From two different manufacturers. They keep saying they will be shipped but haven't. 11 days late now. I can't find a phone number to call them and FedEx 1 800 number won't help me. One package says out for delivery and never comes. The other package has been pending for 9 days. Nobody at FedEx can tell me what's going on."

"What is going on at this service station? I had a package shipped to Tallahassee from Lakeland, FL. The shipper sent it out on 10/10. It was scheduled for delivery on 10/12. I still haven't received my package on 10/17. I keep getting notices that its on the truck for delivery, but its delayed. I put in an inquiry over the phone, I got an email yesterday saying the package is at this location and I should go pick it up. I arrived yesterday, spoke to a guy over their intercom system, gave him my tracking number, "It went out with our morning truck." it was never delivered. I even confirmed the delivery address was correct. I have no idea where the heck my package is. $160.00 worth of handmade items completely unaccounted for."

"It’s sad to see all the ridiculous excuses and schemes - we have been waiting for a delivery since the 1st of the month - today is the 10th that the package is “on the truck to be delivered today” - not delivered and we can’t arrange to pick up. It’s a lack of respect to the shipper, to the consumer absolutely horrible . I will NEVER use FedEx again"

"FedEX has really slipped in their customer service. They passed me off 3 different times & were unwilling to hold our shipments at the main distribution center. This caused us to go to 3 different locations multiole times over a 4 day period. Very disappointed in everyone except Leonard who was at the Tallahassee distribution site."
