"Rooms are horrible. Holes in the walls and doors. Water barely got hot. I made a separate reservation for additional nights and they gave my second reservation away. Told me they were booked. Horrible service! Horrible rooms! Not even worth the price! Only positive was no bugs!"

"The worst hotel . Do not plan to stay there . The front desk staff rude . The room reeeked of cigarettes.The sheets had holes in them .The bed spread was dirty . The couch was dirty . I was afraid to sit on it . It’s a hotel for transients . A guy was seen in the hallway on 2 mornings going thru his clothes and personal items in the corner of the hallway. The toilet was broken in the first room we had . The heat/ac unit was broken in the second room that we got . Had I been traveling by myself I would not have stayed there ."

"Ok their is alot I got to say about this motel. N this is the reason for some bad reviews I came here late Friday night 1/12/24 n left 1/14/24 1. The rooms was clean the only thing I really didn't like about the room was the fridge was never plugged in idk y for some reason. 2. The TV is super old it had lines going thur the screen but hey what can u say for a cheap motel. 3. What I hated the most is at night time people would be screaming n slaming doors not alone the homeless people they let sleep all over the hallways n it made it unsafe to go get ice or drinks from the vending machine. Let alone they asking for money n stuff ya I get it people have hard times. 4. The other thing I hated the most is the house keeping I asked her for some towels rags n some toilet paper she looked at me n rolled her eyes n just kept on walking. To me that made me super mad. 5. I went to check in for the room an the front desk clerk stayed on his phone the whole time instead of greeting the people coming in. He didn't tell me what floor the room was on I had to ask him cause I guess it was more important for him to be on that phone. Then to tell me where my room was. 6. The other thing I hated the most was the hallways always smelled liked weed n would stink ya I get it part of life. 7. Now last but not least would I ever stay here again no because it made u feel unsafe. Yes I carried the whole time I stayed in the room because it just made me feel unsafe. 8. Whoever wants to stay here plz becareful when u get in the elevator because the homeless people try to run in there w u guys n they will stand by the vending machines peaking around the Conor for people to be walking alone. Unless they make changes I will never stay at this motel again. Guys plz be careful walking to ur cars the homeless is sleeping out there as well as people sleeping in there cars. I wish I could of gave them a better review number but I couldn't."

"The room was absolutely clean and in excellent condition. But the receptionist specially the older guy was very rude and unprofessional. There are lot of junkies loitering at the entrance of the hotel and one of them who was overloaded and high, was banging and kicking our door at midnight. They even made a terrible mess in the elevator. The only positive for us was the room!"

"If you need a place to stay for a night or two for an affordable price, this location serves that purpose. While the front looks nice, the hallways reek of cigarette smoke, I actually killed a roach in the room, the room key will randomly stop working and if you need fresh towels...you will be waiting a while. This is certainly a, "I'm tired of driving" or, "I have a flight in the morning so it doesn't matter" kind of stay."
