"Room was not up to par for a Marriott. Previous guests trash was behind the head of the bed on the ground. Couch could have used a good vacuuming. On the plus size the location was good and front desk staff friendly. Rooms need a more thorough cleaning and inspection."

"My card was charged twice. If you had this issue contact Marriott directly and make a complaint. They will help you with getting your refund. Sound like this hotel is scamming. I noticed this has happened to several people by the reviews. Will not use again or recommend. Follow up with you charges!!!!!"

"My credit card was charged twice by this hotel. I called the hotel multiple times to resolve this issue. I was given a run around of manager not available multiple times, after about 8 attempts, I was able to speak to the manager. He asked me to email a screenshot of the charges from my credit card. I emailed it to him. I have not heard from him as he promised to call me back once he researched this issue. My subsequent calls to the hotel have been forwarded to the manager's voicemail. I have disputed the charges through my credit card and hopefully it will be resolved through that medium."

"Reasonably priced business hotel. May have some issues with the reservation system, since they only had one room left when I checked-in (and still had 4 more people in line with reservations). My room was nice and clean (although the floor plan was unusual; however, it didn't have any bath towels. Fortunately, the front desk staff was able to get some for me."

"We came to this Marriott after awful customer service experience at a Marriott down the road. The service was night and day. The front desk concierge was kind, respectful, and got us quickly checked in. She made great small talk with my husband and me, and made me feel welcomed to be there. Our room was nice and tidy, and the AC was amazing. We both run hot, so it was great to have good AC. We used the microwave in the room, which was also clean. I always love their shower products as well-the eucalyptus and lavender. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Right by tons of restaurants and shopping in the area. The breakfast had a variety of items to sit and eat or if you’re on the go. They have a beautiful lobby to enjoy as well. Thanks for turning such an awful experience elsewhere completely around. :-)"
