"Do not bother taking your Dur-a-lift or any other truck if it's older than 2017. They told me this after charging me $600 for a bucket inspection. Waste of time and money."

"These guys have absolutely no idea what they are doing! I dropped my truck off and was assured I would have it back by the end of the week, at the end of the week I called and was told the cylinders were out and waiting to be rebuilt, come to find out they hadn’t even started on my truck yet. Was told 3 different times that I would get a call back that I never received. Ended up just going down there to pick my truck up to be told they spent 10 hours trying to remove one pin! They “dropped” the labor down to 7 hours and charged me $1,017.00 and I got a destroyed pin and grease in my seats! I took my truck to Nichols fleet in Chattanooga, and watched them pull the pin out on a matter of about 15 mins… these guys “couldn’t get my pin out” because the pin bolt on the other side was never removed! WOW!!! So after beating on it, torching it, then hitting it with a fork lift I have to replace it now.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I wouldn’t let them put air in my tire! They’d probably try to do it without removing the valve stem cap anyway!"
