"I called the owner to see if they could do replaceme my alternator, they said it would be no problem. I walk in and the owner asks me where the alternator is, as though I'm supposed to provide the hardware for my own repair. Completely wasted my time when he could have told me on the phone that I'd need to provide my own hardware. Be careful doing business here, be prepared to provide your own parts and who knows, you may need to provide the tools as well."

"I’m OTR truck driver coming from a long haul and I took in my starter and alternator from my thermo king Reefer unit and brought it to them. They had my starter in stock and I waited for a hour and a half for my alternator to be rebuilt. One last thing I want to say is they are so reasonable with prices and they do a excellent job and I recommend any truck driver out here to come to these guys they will take care of you."

"WORST PLACE EVER!!! I drive an hour to drop off an alternator that has been completely disassembled, cleaned, painted gold, and it only needed to be put together. I leave it and a week goes by and I call and was told they hadn’t been able to get to it. I wait another week and call, they said yeah it’s done but you shouldn’t have taken it apart bc the case broke while we were assembling. I drive an hour to get there to find that he had broken the rear case trying to press in the diodes and blamed ME for it! I asked how did me disassembling it, cleaning it and dropping it off, unbroken, cause it to break? I notice that he put the wrong rear case on that’s not oem with the original Delco Remy markings for my 63’ Buick. Instead of simply fixing it, he uses the wrong case. So I take the alternator home, doesn’t work, drove an hour back down there, told him it’s not working and I fixed the original case and want it back on the alternator. And, since all of this man handling is ruining the gold paint, I dropped it off and told him I spent 2 hours stripping the gold paint off and polishing the aluminum case and putting clear coat on it. I leave it a week and I call and he says it’ll be done tomorrow morning. I drive the hour and show up at 12:20 and he’s eating, gets up and barks at me “ it’s not done, haven’t had time for it, been too busy! I drive the hour back home irritated that he talked to me like I’m the Azz! 2 days later he calls saying it’s done. I drive the hour back down there to find out that he painted it gold!!! I said WHY WOULD YOU PAINT IT?? I told you when I dropped it off Try at I stripped the paint bc it was getting all scratched up, I spent hours stripping and polishing it, dropped it off looking sharp!! And he painted it! He says, I was only trying to help! Seriously?? If you had LISTENED you wouldn’t have caused me MORE work!! He says u can strip it still! Totally acting like I’M the azzhole!! I would NEVER GO BACK! Warning to everyone else- DO NOT USE THIS GUY! If he had done the job correctly none of this would have happened and then he talked to me like it was MY fault!!!"

"The employees were good to help me. I took a generator that was a new remanufactured generator for a 1963 1/2 Ford Galaxie 500 XL. My generator light was on, and it stated that after I had put this generator on the car. They told me the generator was good and it was not. Because after I put the generator back on. I still have the generator light on. I couldn't figure it out, so I took it to another mechanic shop to find the problem."
