"This location has gone way downhill. I always try to place my order online and pick up in store. Today when I got there I was 3rd in line and a 4th customer was leaving complaining about the people in the back not helping. It took the one employee that was actually working (Mr Smith) about 12-15 minutes to get to me, we could here several employees in the back having a good time while the line grow longer. I would have thought that the employee over at the commercial counter would have at least told the others to come help, but NO. After it became my turn about four additional employees appeared and finally started helping others."

"Meh - okay experience I guess. Maybe just a bad day for the store slapped full of associates. Entered building, three employees were yelling across the store to each other. Took about 10 minutes of me standing there at counter for someone to come up - wasn't really greeted. but ok. Gave me the scan tool - brought it back - before I coould ask to look a part up person walked off. So I just left and went to O'reilys down the road. Who greets you when ya walk in, and have associates at the front waiting to help customers I will try this location again one day, and move the 3 stars up or down depending the next experience."

"Great service..... The cashier was friendly and talkative (talkative in a good way)... had to change the battery in an old watch I had laying around, but I needed a T-5 screw driver. They had it in stock and I was able to change out my battery"
