The stuff most people steal is behind the counter. They close a little before 10 so make your last stop there no layer than 9:45pm."

"I will not be coming to this Family Dollar no more. They threw my daughters book bag away and acted like it wasn't a big deal. My daughter has a 4.0 gpa and a lot of her work was in her book bag. I came in here and spent money faithfully and now I will never go back. The store manager threw her book bag away because he stated they don't hold customers things if they leave them. I was a Store Manager at Starship for 9 years and if a customer leave something we had to hold it for at least 30 days before we dispose of it. If you gone throw someone stuff away less then 24 hours you shouldn't allow your staff to take people bags from them at all. My staff always reminded customers for the most part that they left something and if they didn't we held it for 30 days. You up here throwing little kids stuff away and calling the police on them. It's gone get to the point we're they gone see that it's you rather than the customers. Then he had 1 girl taking up for him like it was cool to throw a child bag away. I bet if it was 1 of their children if they have any...they would have been pissed. She went up there to buy something and the Store Manager said she was banned from the store because her sister went up there to ask about her little sister book bag...so you banning children...I told none of my people to shop here period. I would ride to the other family dollar on the other side of Washington Road before I come to this 1 again. Only way I'll come back if he leaves."

"By far the worst Family Dollar I’ve ever experienced. The GM is the rude man from the islands. He treats us, the customers, as if he did us a favor by opening the store. There is NEVER ANYTHING on the shelves. There is barely enough room in the aisles because they leave the stock in boxes in the middle of the floor. The pricing is outdated by almost a year, so the prices that are advertised on the shelves are alway 1.50 to 2 dollars more than what is listed on the shelf. The only explanation we get is, “the tags have to be changed”, needless to say, the prices are still showing February 2023 dates. He refuses to give out or even post the corporate office number. He speaks to the customers very nastily. Often times when he’s there, it is hard to shop because he treats the customers like we’re in his way. I went there tonight to get my daughter ibuprofen. I am attaching a photo of the medicine shelf just tonight. And majority of the shelves in this store looks this way. I hope you guys choose to do better as it relates to this store because if there is no change by the beginning of next year, I will be starting a petition to get this store removed from our neighborhood."

"By far the worse Family Dollars in the area. It sucks that it's the closest to the neighborhood because it's so awful and unprofessional. They are always out of stock of everything. The employees are so unprofessional and the manager dresses like he's about to take a trip to Jamaica everyday, he's actually a disgrace to the business. Let's not even discuss the headache with the long lines."

"They never check their food & stuff. I’ve bought something that’s out of Faye way too many times so now I check the date on anything I get. What made me do this review because I just noticed my kazbars say sep 29th. & I just got them yesterday. Today is Halloween. They barely have anything. The manager with the piercings & Mohawk with the satan jewelry is beyond RUDE!! Constantly has an attitude. Should not be working around people. Highly do not recommend"
