"The 5 stars are for TJ! He was such an amazing person to work with. I came in with my two daughters and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also let my daughters pet the hamster as well as the bearded dragon. We spent a good amount of time with him explaining the best fish and how to take care of them as all as the other pets in the store. If you visit this store ask for TJ and I’m sure you’ll have the same wonderful experience that me and my daughters had. We ended up buying 2 goldfish that was hope to have for awhile. Thanks so much TJ."

"We brought our husky here to be groomed. When we picked her up one of the male groomers told us she didn’t give them any trouble. Upon asking another employee when we went back in to pick up a receipt, she told us otherwise. We payed extra to have her pad fur trimmed amongst other items, they did not do that. Her front nails were cut too short, and bloody upon pickup. I understand some dogs may be harder to deal with, but they could at least communicate that properly to owners. I can’t imagine what a stressful experience that was for my dog, I am extremely disappointed and furious with the services we received. We will be seeking a refund and NEVER returning to this location. You would think with all the other bad reviews that corporate would intervene at some point. What a shame…."
