"In my first visit, I enjoyed the experience and even completed a rotation. However, during the second visit, I encountered an issue. While getting two tires installed and purchasing two more, only one wheel had scuffs initially. Unfortunately, during the removal process, they somehow managed to scratch all three other wheels, leaving me with four wheels bearing scratches."

Coleman was extremely helpful and kind in helping with my appointment, arranging the tire repair service, advising on changing windshield wipers! Technician Derek was outstanding, he did an awesome job in repairing my tires, explaining everything and answering my questions. Another advisor was extremely helpful as well (sorry I didn’t ask his name).
