"Had a horrible experience at this store. My parents and I wanted to buy my 2 year old truck toys of his choice and because they have such a variety of different cars, I was showing my child what the different trucks could do (some you pull back and let go, some make a funny sound when they move, some we had to figure out if they even did anything). We weren’t doing anything a family wouldn’t do when looking at single toys out in the open. He was so excited to see. Whoever was working there that day walked up to us very aggressively and was extremely rude to my family. She told us we had to buy the trucks first and play with them outside the store. I responded explaining that I was just trying to show my son the different trucks to see which one he likes. We weren't being destructive, we didn’t make a mess and walk away…we didn’t know the policy and she could have explained it to us without being mean. She proceeded to snatch up the trucks off of the ground and started rushing to return them to their place as I offered to put them all back myself, she was rude and unkind then as well. I will not be visiting this store ever again."

"Walked in with my son to look for some stuff walking down the aisle and whoever the guy working told us to stop sliding my feet (I have a steel plate in my leg which makes it hard to walk). I have done service to my country for guys like that to live in this country for free. Never again will I go there if I’m gonna be disrespected for the way I walk."

"This location is inside the Sugarloaf Mills Mall. The manager is nice. They have a good selection of drinks, candy, and snacks. However, is it really necessary for a tiny 4×6 postcard to cost a whole dollar? You can get much bigger and more colorful postcards at Walmart for 48 cents!"
