"Local Girl Scout troop was signed up to have a cookie booth at this store from 12 to 4 o’clock on the 17th. Upon arrival, some lady claiming to be Walmart HR, yet was not wearing any name tag or smock asked us to leave. She said all of these were to be booked through her, yet we had been using the same method to book cookie booths for the past several years. I can’t even verify that this lady actually works there, because she was unwilling to identify herself, or share Walmart credentials. She was rude and an effort not to appear inappropriate in front of our Girl Scouts, we chose to be the bigger person and leave, however, we will be sharing this experience with regional management as well."
"Customer service at this location is horrible!!! I’m was literally standing in the store, in the electronics department for over 10 minutes waiting on someone to open a locked cabinet so I can purchase a $18.99 ink cartridge, with me counting 12 employees walking by me. What are you doing Walmart? You’re losing good customers like myself with locking everything up. Then good customers are waiting on your unprofessional employees to come unlock the cabinet is not cool:( No smiles or customer service from employees at this Walmart. They act like you’re inconveniencing them to help you or check you out."
"The guy in electronics was rude to my friend, and that was unnecessary. He seemed like he really didn't want to answer any questions . Or help her find the appropriate game for her kid. But the store was nice and clean. And other than that it was easy to navigate."
"They have locked up the beauty supply area. Yet you can’t find a salesperson to open the glass for you to get the things you are looking. Get a bell or something. Don’t make your patrons walk back to customer service to find someone with a key."
"My experience at Walmart today was absolutely atrocious! On my way in I saw a homeless girl. I decided to get her something warm. The socks I chose had three or four different prices listed. They were even on a hook for a bra and labeled with the bra’s price! The women’s selection was bare in places, product strewn all over the floor! Baskets of clearance not put up or ready to sell. General disorganization! Then when I was ready to check out there were MANY registers closed and long lines at the self checks. Someone said: “it’s always like this here”! Oh great, now you have your customers used to this? Is this any way to treat your customers? I asked store employees about it and they said it wasn’t their department or their problem. They did NOT care about helping me!!! When I finally checked out in the garden center, the pajamas I had chosen were $3 higher than the price on the sign! Again, a problem for the ladies’ department!!! I ended up leaving the pjs and purchasing the rest of my items. But by now as my little girl and I drive around the parking lot, the homeless woman was not there! So it took so long that now I can’t help her! Perhaps the manager could have gone out and offered her a job! However, the employees I spoke to today didn’t seem like they wanted to work there or cared! I took my business to Kohl’s where EVERYONE was checking out and EVERY station had a friendly cashier!!! Compare the photos below! This message will also be shared on Facebook and instagram! My 2000 friends from all over the world will share, too! Just tried to call the store: “we’ll be happy to serve you” says the message, but NO ONE answered the phone!!! Let’s make Walmart go the way of KMart, Sears, Macy’s and other stores who DON’T care about their customers, nor their employees, nor their community!"
