"Got to love harbor freight for all of those tools that you need at least once. Their quality lately has really seemed to have improved and they have some really decent stuff. The folks that work there are usually pretty helpful and I've had good luck with them having what I need in stock."

"No one was helpful. Asked one young man at the register for a product advertised online, and he told us where "they should be". We found nothing, not even a place holder to show the product existed. We shopped a while and then saw another 'managerial' looking man and asked him. He obviously didn't want to take time to speak with us. He sent us to an area to "look" and walked away. It was a terrible experience all over. And we didn't find the product that was posted online as specifically being in that store."

"The store offers okay tools and decent prices when I have gone. My car, which sat in the first spot of a row outside the store had its front bumper and lights smashed by a hit and run - no cameras to be found for surveillance. Manager looked at me like I was an idiot when I asked if they had cameras. I will try my best to shop at surveilled (including the full parking lot) businesses from now on."

"Some good, some junk! A lot of cheap foreign products. If you need something quick or to use briefly, there are bargains to be found. Especially on smaller items. Gave it 4 stars for that reason. But most things they have cheaper on Amazon. Usually a lot cheaper for the same quality. Too bad no middle class people can afford to buy American."
