CVS 4345 South Cobb Drive Southeast, Smyrna, GA 30080

"I had to pick up a prescription for a friend that just had surgery. I arrived at opening and the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They were mocking and talking horribly about patients/customers they didn’t like. They were using the customers full name when doing so which is a complete hippa violation. Even the pharmacist (a lady) was participating. At one point she stated “we don’t get paid to work until 9am so don’t even pull up to the drive thru at 8:59”. I was in utter shock. Do not use this location."

"I want to like this particular CVS, but they have let me down over and over again. Some of the cashiers and pharmacy techs are helpful, but more often than not they are short-staffed and the drive through can take up to 30-40 minutes (or more). By the time you get a hold of an employee, expect a dismissive tone and an attitude that screams out, “Why are you bothering me?”. I do not recommend this CVS."

"The staff is always friendly. Today, I was 3rd in line and the cashier quickly opened a new self-checkout line, yet she still remained friendly and helpful. This was a great visit!"

"Google says pharmacy closes at 6. Was in line behind another car for about 10-15 mins after 2p. Got to the window & there’s a sign there that’s says pharmacy services and at 2p daily. Very confusing. I stayed at the window for a few seconds to see if the person moving around inside was coming to address me, but eventually I left b/c I wasn’t sure what was going on. Service times not clear. & the inside of this CVS is always messy, things thrown around, stocking carts are in the way. Every time I come in here there are carts all over the place for items to be stocked, but I never see anyone stocking. It’s like they wheel them all out at one time & let them sit there all day until they eventually get around to it."

"This store is organized despite being out of stock for some popular C- Virus essentials which was clearly noted & posted upon entering the store. I was still able to grab alternative items. I had other needs for setting up my home office. CVS had a very impressive office supply stock. I also remembered I had a return in my car from the Christmas season of which, I was surprised that I had a hassle- free return. Other stores gave me deceptive responses. I attribute my experience to the great associate was knowledgeable, accommodating and patient. Very kind. Thank you CVS. My visit was on Sunday eve @3/15 @ 7:45 pm. Salute to this young man for his excellent care and service!"
